2 Dead, 5 Injured in Texas Casino Shooting; Suspect Arrested

The suspected shooter, Keryan Rashad Jones, was arrested the following morning after a police pursuit.
Jones, a 32-year-old man, is now facing two counts of capital murder and five counts of assault with a deadly weapon. The victims have been identified as 55-year-old Marcus 'Mark' Antley, a retired border patrol agent, and 42-year-old Alicia Sanchez. Six other casino patrons sustained injuries during the incident. The deadly shooting occurred late Saturday night, with Jones fleeing the scene before being apprehended early Sunday morning following a chase by law enforcement.
The Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino will remain closed until further notice, as authorities investigate the incident. Jones is being held in custody, awaiting trial for the heinous crimes he is accused of committing.
