In the heart of Copenhagen, we take a tour of two distinctive homes that showcase Danish design in all its glory.

First, we visit a Danish family home nestled in the vibrant Nyhavn district. This residence, with its mid-century design, presents a stark contrast to the charming summerhouse in Lammefjorden we will later explore. The home's interior, filled with inspiring details, features a harmonious blend of hygge and pops of vibrant colours, creating an inviting and cosy atmosphere.

The home's owner, a Danish architect, has skillfully incorporated unique and inspiring details throughout the space, making it a true testament to Danish design.

Moving on, we journey to Lammefjorden, where we find another captivating home designed by Swedish architect Hanna Järver. Known for her work on the summerhouse in question, Järver's creative touch is evident in every corner of this charming abode.

The summerhouse, in stark contrast to the mid-century style of the Nyhavn home, boasts a design that is distinctly its own. The interior, much like its counterpart, is filled with details that serve as sources of inspiration, offering a breath of fresh air with its vibrant pops of colour.

Throughout our tour, we are accompanied by the skilled eye of photographer Freja Bak Petersen, whose photography beautifully captures the essence of both homes.

Join us as we delve deeper into these two unique Danish homes, gaining insights into the design choices that make them stand out in the world of Danish architecture.
