Accident in Ostalbkreis Causes Significant Injuries
In the Aalen region, a significant traffic incident took place on Tuesday at 14:03 on the B298 near the Pfersbach exit. The incident involved a head-on collision between an 86-year-old Mazda driver and a VW with four male occupants, aged 26, 27, 50, and 51.
The accident occurred on a straight stretch in the direction of Schwäbisch Gmünd. As a result, both vehicles sustained approximately 25,000 euros in damage.
All five individuals involved in the accident were seriously injured. Fortunately, no life-threatening injuries were reported. The 86-year-old driver and the four male occupants of the VW were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
