Actor Kiku Sharda Speaks Out About Leaving The Great Indian Kapil Show Following Alleged Dispute with Krushna Abhishek
In the world of Indian television, speculation and drama often accompany the day-to-day happenings. Lately, rumours of a dispute between Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek on the set of The Great Indian Kapil Show have circulated, but it seems that all is not as it appears.
Kiku Sharda, the beloved comedian and host, recently clarified that there was no question of him leaving the show. He affirmed his commitment to the programme, stating, "I will always be a part of The Great Indian Kapil Show and the family." This comes as a relief to fans who have enjoyed Kiku's humour and camaraderie with his co-stars.
In a viral video from behind the scenes, a heated conversation between Kiku and Krushna seemed to suggest a disagreement. However, Kiku clarified that there was no question of raising his voice, but Krushna was taking it in a wrong way. The 'fight' between the two, it turns out, was a prank.
Meanwhile, Krushna expressed his love and respect for Kiku but did not want to raise his voice. In a heartfelt Instagram post, Kiku responded to Krushna, "If I have been called, then I might as well finish it." The caption of the post read, "A never-ending story," accompanied by a black-and-white picture of the two comedians.
Amidst these revelations, Kiku has been keeping busy. He recently wrapped up the shooting for the ongoing season of Netflix's show and will be next seen in the show Rise & Fall, hosted by Ashneer Grover. Kiku also shared a caption on Instagram, "Yeh bandhan... kabhi nahi tootega! (This bond will never break)," further emphasising the strong bond between him and Krushna.
Elsewhere in the world of Indian entertainment, there have been more serious developments. Kapil Sharma, Rajpal Yadav, and two others received death threats via a mail. The authorities are investigating the matter, and it has been confirmed that it is not a publicity stunt.
As for The Great Indian Kapil Show, it seems that the camaraderie between the cast members remains unshaken, and the show will continue to entertain its audience. Archana Puran Singh, another cast member, clarified that the rumours of their altercation were "absolutely not true." With only three episodes left on Netflix, fans can look forward to more laughter and camaraderie from Kiku Sharda and the rest of the cast.
