Ad Mission Adecco Acquires 98.4% of Registered Shares in DIS Aggregate
In a significant move, Adecco, the world's leading Human Resource services provider, has successfully acquired 98.4% of the share capital of DIS AG for a total consideration of EUR 219 million. The agreement was signed on 3rd September 2007.
The acquisition was made possible through a group of investors who agreed to sell their shares in DIS AG for EUR 113 per share. As a result, DIS AG will become a fully integrated part of Adecco. After the transaction, Adecco holds 98.4% of DIS AG's registered share capital, with 1.1% held by DIS AG as treasury shares and 0.5% held by other minority shareholders.
