Adcoco Group Successfully Debuts USD 300 Million Worth of Bonds
Our Group Issues USD 300 Million 4-Year Notes
In a significant move, Our Group, a leading global workforce solutions partner, has successfully issued USD 300 million 4-year notes. The expected settlement date for these notes is 21 November, 2017.
The notes were issued within the framework of Our Group's Euro Medium-Term Note Programme. The maturity date for these notes is also 21 November 2021. The coupon for the issued notes is 2.625%.
The proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes. Our Group AG, the parent company, is registered in Switzerland (ISIN: CH0012138605) and listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ADEN).
