The city of Alexandria has announced the availability of eight affordable units in the newly constructed luxury condominium building, The Whitley, situated at 811 N. Columbus Street in Old Town North.
These units, ranging from one-to-three bedrooms, are being offered to first-time homebuyers who reside or work in Alexandria. The city provides comprehensive information about the affordable units, including application requirements and downpayment assistance, on its Homebuyers Resources website.
Interested parties are invited to visit the website to apply for these units, with the application deadline set from Friday, Sept. 26, to Friday, Oct. 24 at 5 p.m. The city will select eligible homebuyers through a lottery due to the anticipated high demand.
