AI Lab for Women advances to the next round
Title: Introducing the FemAILab Event: A Collaborative Learning Experience for Women in AI
In the heart of Wiesbaden, Germany, a unique opportunity is presenting itself for women interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI). The FemAILab event, a joint cooperation between the Department of Smart City, Europe and BerufsWege für Frauen e. V., invites all women who wish to engage with AI to take part in a free, enriching experience.
Each event, held at the Zukunftswerk Wiesbaden, Luisenforum, Kirchgasse 6, 2nd floor (near the bridge), is designed as an open learning lab and a "Community of Practice". Participants can look forward to learning right in the middle of life and the city.
Registrations for the FemAILab event can be made via [www.berufswege-fuer-frauen.de/portfolio/workshop-femaillab] each Friday by 12 pm before the event. It is requested to bring your own device, such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, to the FemAILab event.
At the beginning of each event, brief introductions to AI fundamentals and practical application areas are given. An experienced AI coach accompanies the participants throughout the event, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
The understanding arises that women shape the future together through AI engagement at this event. Participants can bring their own learning wishes and work on them individually or in small groups. Learning happens through exchanging ideas and supporting each other.
Karin Siepmann, Digital and Europe Advisor at BerufsWege für Frauen e. V., highlights the significance of the event as a lively learning ecosystem. Maral Koohestanian, Head of Smart City, Europe and Order, emphasizes the importance of creating a space for women to engage with AI.
