The Bavarian State Ministry for Science and the Arts has announced the opening of a new funding round for cultural projects in Lower Bavaria, scheduled for 2024. This exciting opportunity is open to all interested parties, who can apply by contacting Andrea Sedlmayr at telephone number 0871-8081244.

The deadline for submitting applications is set for October 1, 2023. The government, led by President Rainer Haselbeck, is encouraging all carriers of cultural projects to apply.

The organization providing the funding is the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and the Arts, with its funding initiatives including Bayern's Initiative for Sustainable Culture (BINK). Previous projects supported by BINK have focused on cultural sustainability strategies and reducing ecological footprints in state and non-state cultural institutions, particularly in the subregion "Unterfranken."

For more information about the funding and the application process, interested parties can visit the government's website at www.regierung.niederbayern.bayern.de/kulturfonds. A list of all funded measures in Bavaria can also be found on the website of the Ministry of Science and Arts at www.stmwk.bayern.de.

It's worth noting that the application process is supported by department 12, Municipal Affairs. So, if you have a vision for a cultural project in Lower Bavaria, now is the time to make it a reality. Apply before October 1, 2023, and you could be one step closer to bringing your project to life.
