Daehler and Evolve Offer Performance Upgrades for BMW M5 Touring G99
Swiss tuner Daehler and Evolve Automotive have announced exciting performance upgrades for the BMW M5 Touring G99. These enhancements aim to transform the vehicle into a more powerful and refined version, tailored by BMW M specialists.
Daehler offers an adjustable coilover suspension system for the M5 Touring G99. This system features individual height adjustment and fully adjustable dampers, providing a customised ride experience. For those seeking a more aggressive look, Daehler provides a three-piece carbon front spoiler lip, available in visible carbon or painted to match the vehicle, priced at CHF 2,790.
In addition to this, Daehler offers an in-house performance upgrade for the M5 Touring G99. This upgrade increases the power output to 830 PS and a maximum of 1,130 Nm. A Stage-2 upgrade is in development, promising 880 PS and up to 1,180 Nm.
Evolve Automotive, on the other hand, specialises in significant tuning of the S55 twin-turbo engine, enhancing power and handling. Although specific power increase figures for the M5 Touring are not listed, Evolve is renowned for high-performance upgrades on BMW M models.
For those looking to improve the sound of their M5 Touring G99, Daehler offers a stainless-steel complete exhaust system. This system features black double exhaust tips, available in 108 or 114 mm diameters, and comes with optional remote-controlled bi-clutch operation. The exhaust system costs CHF 5,640.
Daehler also offers sport springs for the M5 Touring G99, lowering the vehicle by 25 mm at the front and 15 mm at the rear, priced at CHF 2,020. These upgrades, while enhancing the performance and aesthetics of the BMW M5 Touring G99, do not affect the factory-set Vmax limit, except for the Stage-2 upgrade which increases the factory-set Vmax limit.
