Annual Argentores Awards Recipients: Honorees of Literary Distinction 2025
The Argentores Awards 2025 will take place between September 15 and 19 at the Argentores Gregorio de Laferrere Auditorium, celebrating outstanding achievements in Argentine literature and the arts.
On September 15, the ceremony will dedicate to theatre and include categories such as solo performance, adult theatre, children's theatre, musical theatre, documentary theatre, choreography, and music. Cristian Palacios will be recognised for the theatre production El emperador invisible y el traje imposible, while Mariela Asensio will be honoured for El cuerpo animico. Santiago Loza will receive an award for Viento blanco, and Delfina Perri will receive an accolade for Lexi, hablemos de dislexia. Flor Alkorta will be distinguished in humorous sketch on Metro 95.1, AM 750, and Merceditas Elordi will receive an award for Cuando el chaja canta las horas.
In the realm of radio, Jorge Luis Suarez will receive an award in the fiction unit category for Solo Flores on LU6 Radio Atlantica AM 760 and internet. The best documentary recognition in radio will go to Gabriel Conti for Paracheq erotismo y folklore on Radio Hermes and Spotify.
The television industry will also be celebrated, with the best fiction series award for television going to Javier Rozenwasser, Tessie Sills, and Sofía Wilhelmi Palermo for Felices los seis. Pablo Sirvén will receive a special television distinction for making Argentine television content visible, and Mario Markic will receive a special television distinction for the sustained quality of his documentary program En el camino. Nora Mazziotti will receive a special television distinction for her investigative work in the telenovela genre, and Cielo Salviolo will receive a special television distinction for promoting quality audiovisual content for children. Ricardo Rodriguez will receive the Television Honor Grand Prize at the Argentores Awards 2025.
In the realm of new technologies, the Salvador "Pocho" Ottobre Distinction will go to Pablo Accame, Ignacio Pol, and Nicolás González for their contribution to the visual effects of the series El Eternauta.
The best documentary screenplay will be received by Gustavo Gersberg for Traslados, and Maximiliano Acosta will be awarded for the documentary screenplay San Pugliese.
The Argentores Awards 2025 will also honour Ivana Szerman with an award in author journalism for the streaming channel Mate. Luis Ovsejevich, founder and president of the KONEX Foundation, will receive a special distinction for his constant support of culture.
On September 16, radio will be dedicated, with the presentation of the Susini Awards and a commemorative plaque to LR6 Radio Mitre for its 100 years on the air. The best podcast will be Hoy nace, a podcast about cesarean births by Maria Celeste Farbman on Spotify.
On September 17th, cinema will be the protagonist, with the best original fiction screenplay going to Alejandro Agresti for Lo que quisimos ser. The ENERC (National School of Cinematographic Experimentation and Realization) will receive a distinction for its contribution to public, national, and federal audiovisual education since 1965.
A posthumous tribute will be given to Luis Alberto Spinetta, recognised as an artist defender of culture. The Philharmonic Orchestra of Qatar will make its debut at the Teatro Colón with a show that unites two musical worlds.
The day of September 19th will be dedicated to Golden Wedding Anniversary Members, including Oscar Barney Finn, Mirta Elena Goldberg, Juan Alberto Mateyko, Clara Zappettini, Ricardo Gattari Benítez, and Enrique Hugo Otranto.
Miguel Angel Diani, president of the entity, will receive the Special Honor Grand Prize at the Argentores Awards 2025.
