The People's Music Publishing House in Beijing has announced that it will release a Chinese licensed edition of the popular "Instrument Puzzle Block" book. Originally designed for the elementary level in Neuss, Germany, this educational book has seen demand in China for high-quality musical educational materials.
Developed by Dagmar Wilgo, head of recorder instruction at the Neuss city music school, the "Instrument Puzzle Block" book includes search puzzles, combination games, mazes, brain teasers, and "Find the Difference" tasks. Each of the 40 varied game pages comes with the lyrics of children's songs, making it an engaging and interactive learning tool. The book also includes a CD with children's songs to further enhance the learning experience.
The Chinese licensed version of the book was published by the prestigious publisher Schott Music in Mainz. Dagmar Wilgo's work sheets for the elementary level are now available in both German and Chinese, marking a significant step in promoting cultural exchange through education.
