Anticipated Character GlamourX Spotted Ahead of Debut
Hero MotoCorp, India's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, is set to launch a new addition to its popular Glamour series. The upcoming model, named the Glamour X, promises to redefine style and performance in the 125 cc segment.
The Glamour X will feature a redesigned headlight cowl and tail light, giving it a sporty and upmarket appearance. The new model will continue to run on tubeless tyres and retain the telescopic fork and dual shock absorbers at both ends, ensuring a comfortable ride.
Under the hood, the Glamour X will be powered by the same 124.7 cc, air-cooled single-cylinder engine as the existing Glamour 125 range. It will deliver the same power output of 10.39 bhp and 10.4 Nm, as well as the slightly higher power output of 10.7 bhp and 10.6 Nm, as seen in the Glamour Xtec.
The Glamour X will come equipped with LED lighting, including headlight, tail light, and turn indicators, as standard features. The side panels are expected to sport a sleeker look, while the tank extensions will feature a sharper profile.
In terms of braking, the front wheel of the Glamour X will feature a disc brake, while the rear will have a drum brake. Hero MotoCorp might offer a single-channel ABS as standard on the Glamour X due to government mandate.
The Glamour X is expected to debut with features that could surpass the likes of the new Honda CB Hornet 125 and the Hero Xtreme 125R. New features include improved mileage, updated styling, and enhanced suspension for better ride comfort.
The expected price range for the Glamour X is around ₹1 lakh. It will slot in as the most premium "Glamour" bike in Hero MotoCorp's portfolio.
The Glamour X will be launched as a challenger in the 125 cc segment. With its sporty design, powerful engine, and advanced features, the Glamour X is poised to make a significant impact in the market. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new model from Hero MotoCorp.
