Urban Company
Urban Company, India's leading home services platform, is planning to debut on Dalal Street with an IPO worth Rs 1,900 crore. The public subscription for the IPO opens on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, and closes on Friday, September 12, 2025. The listing is expected on September 17, 2025. Investors are required to apply for a minimum lot of 145 shares. The IPO includes a fresh equity sale worth Rs 472 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of nearly Rs 1,428 crore.
Amanta Healthcare
Amanta Healthcare is another company planning an IPO debut on September 9. Early backers like Accel India, Elevation Capital, Bessemer India, and Internet Fund V are trimming their stakes in Urban Company's IPO.
Taurian MPS and Jay Ambe Supermarkets
Taurian MPS will launch an IPO between September 9 and 11, raising Rs 42.53 crore with shares priced between Rs 162 to Rs 171. Jay Ambe Supermarkets will launch an IPO from September 9 to 11, priced between Rs 74 to Rs 78 per share.

Nilachal Carbo Metalicks
Nilachal Carbo Metalicks is planning an IPO worth Rs 56.10 crore, opening on September 8 and closing on September 10. The price per share for the IPO is Rs 85. The company has set its price band between Rs 155 to Rs 165 per share, with a lot size of 90 shares. The focus of the IPO is to scale up its steel and alloy business.
Karbonsteel Engineering and Krupalu Metals
Karbonsteel Engineering is tapping the market with its Rs 59.30 crore issue, priced in the band of Rs 151 to Rs 159 per share, from September 8 to 10. Krupalu Metals is opening an IPO worth Rs 13.48 crore, priced at Rs 72 per share, between September 8 and 10.
SME Listings
Austere Systems, Dev Accelerator, Sharvaya Metals, Vigor Plast, Rachit Prints, Shringar House of Mangalsutra, Optivalue Tek Consulting, and Goel Construction
Austere Systems is planning to list on BSE SME on September 11. Dev Accelerator is tapping the markets with its Rs 143.35 crore IPO, open from September 10 to 12. The proceeds from this IPO will go into new fit-outs, security deposits for upcoming centres, debt repayment, and corporate expenses.
Sharvaya Metals will list on BSE SME on September 12, and Vigor Plast is planning to make its debut on NSE SME on the same day. Rachit Prints will list on BSE SME on September 8. Shringar House of Mangalsutra will open its Rs 400.95 crore IPO from September 10 to 12.
Optivalue Tek Consulting will list on NSE SME on September 10, and Goel Construction will list on BSE SME on the same day. The company plans to use the fresh capital for technology and cloud development, office rentals, marketing, and general corporate purposes.
