Apple Opens Third Retail Store in India, Located in Koregaon Park, Pune

Apple has expanded its presence in India with the opening of a new retail store in Koregaon Park, Pune. This marks the third Apple store in the country, joining the existing stores in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

The store, which operates on 100 percent renewable energy and maintains carbon neutrality, employs a team of 68 individuals from 11 states across India. These team members provide guidance on shopping, technical support, and tailored solutions for businesses.

Deirdre O'Brien, Apple's senior vice president of Retail, stated that the Koregaon Park store is a new destination for customers to connect with all things Apple. "We are thrilled to open our doors in Pune and provide a place for customers to shop for new products, seek support for existing ones, and find inspiration for their next big idea," she said.

The store serves as a hub for customers to explore Apple's entire product line, including the iPhone 16 series, iPad Air, Apple Pencil Pro, and M4-powered MacBook Air. Services such as personalized setup, device switching support, Apple Trade In, financing options, and a designated Apple Pickup zone for online purchases are also available.

In addition to these services, the store offers a community space through 'Today at Apple'. This initiative offers free, daily in-store sessions on iPhone photography, iPad creativity, Mac, and Apple Intelligence. Sessions led by Apple Creatives are interactive and can be signed up for online.
