In the heart of Wembley Park, a photography exhibition is set to open its doors on October 24, 2023. "Brothers: Liam and Noel Through the Lens of Kevin Cummins" promises an intimate and unfiltered look into the lives of Liam and Noel Gallagher, before they became the biggest band in Britain.

Renowned photographer Kevin Cummins, known for his iconic work with Joy Division and The Smiths, captured these rare and intimate portraits in 1994. The exhibition features shots from their first studio session, candid moments in hotel rooms, and the famous image of them in Manchester City shirts with "Brother" emblazoned across their chests.

The photographs offer a glimpse into the quieter moments, revealing a different story. One photograph shows them leaning into each other, a testament to the bond between the brothers. The Gallagher members are seen in casual clothing, wearing tracksuits and vintage jumpers, reflecting their ordinary roots.

The exhibition showcases unposed shots of the Gallagher brothers, offering a glimpse into the actual human beings behind the Oasis mythology. The photographs capture the moment when Oasis was about to explode, but hadn't yet been consumed by its own success.

The brothers are seen having the time of their lives, with one shot of them leaping onto the back of a London bus. The exhibition serves as a poignant reminder of what we lost when the feuding started, what made Oasis special in the first place.

Entry to the exhibition is free, making it accessible to all. The accompanying book, "Oasis The Masterplan," featuring Kevin Cummins' photos, is also on sale now.

The exhibition runs until 30 September at Wembley Park, providing a unique opportunity for fans to revisit the early days of Oasis and appreciate the possibility and the idea that ordinary people from ordinary places could become extraordinary. The photographs help to understand that Oasis wasn't just about the music, but also about the spirit of the times and the dreams that came with it.

"Brothers: Liam and Noel Through the Lens of Kevin Cummins" is a must-visit for any Oasis fan, offering a rare and intimate look into the lives of these iconic musicians before they became the global phenomenon they are today."
