In an emotional turn of events, YUNJIN, a member of the K-pop sensation LE SSERAFIM, shared that her life had come full circle. Once a fan sitting in the Prudential Center watching her favourite performer, she was now standing on the same stage, leading her own sold-out concert on September 3, 2022, as part of their first North America tour, 'EASY CRAZY HOT'.
The concert, attended by about 16,000 fans, had the audience dancing throughout the performance. The media described it as 'HOT' and 'EASY', fittingly mirroring the tour's name. YUNJIN, who grew up in New York, expressed no signs of tears or nervousness before the concert. Instead, she stated that it was her dream to be on stage, and she felt proud to have achieved this after eight years of hard work.
LE SSERAFIM, who have become the embodiment of female empowerment, showcased their fearlessness on stage. They were guests of Ralph Lauren at the US Open and appeared at a pop-up in SoHo, wearing head-to-toe Polo attire. The members of LE SSERAFIM include KIM CHAEWON, SAKURA, HUH YUNJIN, KAZUHA, and HONG EUNCHAE.
The concert setlist included hits such as "EASY," "CRAZY," "ANTIFRAGILE," and "SMART". The group has learned to be fearless in pursuit of their dreams and to "turn the other cheek and lead with love". They partnered with hello82 NYC for a free activity event called Play82 in SoHo.
As YUNJIN reflected on the barriers and obstacles she had to overcome as a young Korean American girl growing up in Albany, she expressed gratitude to the audience for making her dream a reality. She promised to live it with dignity, responsibility, and love.
The next stops on LE SSERAFIM's tour are the Wintrust Arena in Chicago and the Texas Trust CU Center in Grand Prairie. With their unwavering spirit and captivating performances, LE SSERAFIM continue to make waves in the music industry, inspiring fans across the globe.
