Authorities are seeking individuals who may have observed a specific event.
In the early hours of September 3, a shooting incident occurred on Kampstraße in Dortmund. The victim, a 37-year-old Moroccan man without a fixed address, was taken to a hospital by ambulance following the incident.
The shooting appears to have occurred after a scuffle between the victim and an unknown perpetrator. The perpetrator, along with another man, fled the scene shortly after the shooting.
Authorities have described the perpetrator as a man between 30 and 35 years old, with a slim build, a three-day beard, black, smooth hair hanging down on his forehead, and a tattoo on his right forearm. He was wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and light-colored sports shoes.
The second man involved in the incident was described as being about 25 years old, with a thin build, short dark hair, and a three-day beard. He was wearing a black "Nike" jacket, black sports shoes, and black pants.
The Dortmund Police have set up a homicide commission for further investigations. Anyone with information about the incident or the fleeing perpetrators is asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Department at 0231/132-7441.

In a related development, the police arrested two men connected with the perpetrator involved in the Kampstraße incident. The 21-year-old from Lengerich and the 17-year-old from Münster, both known to the police, were arrested after being spotted by a witness during a bike theft attempt near the station.
