On August 17, at approximately 2:30 PM, an unsettling incident occurred in Gladbeck, Germany. A 53-year-old woman and her two young grandchildren were the victims of an attack on Wiesenstraße.

According to information transmitted by Police Headquarters Recklinghausen and published by news aktuell, the attacker approached the family at the front door of their house. He snatched the woman's handbag and fled towards Bottroper Straße. Fortunately, the victims were unharmed.

The suspect is described as a slim man, standing around 175-180 cm tall. He was wearing a blue jacket and jeans, and had shoulder-length hair. The police are yet to release any further details about his identity.
