Authorities in POL-OH, specifically the Prosecutor's Office Fulda and Police Headquarters East Hessen, announced the execution of a search warrant in Bad Hersfeld.
In a significant operation on Monday, August 25th, the Criminal Police Bad Hersfeld (K30) executed a search warrant at a residence in Bad Hersfeld city area. The search was supported by the Hessian Police Headquarters.
The search led to the discovery of approximately one kilogram of amphetamine, a smaller amount of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia in the 32-year-old suspect's apartment. The estimated street value of the seized narcotics is around 13,000 euros.
The investigations by the Fulda Public Prosecutor's Office and Criminal Police Bad Hersfeld are continuing, as they are based on suspicions of violations of the Narcotics Act (BtMG) and the Cannabis Consumption Act (KCanG).
Furthermore, a small amount of amphetamine was found from the 44-year-old co-tenant of the suspect.
After the completion of the measures, the persons involved were released as no grounds for detention were present.
