Baden Family makes decision to shut down Shartaş beach in Ekaterinburg for upcoming developments
In the heart of the Urals, preparations are underway for a significant change in the leisure scene. The Baden Family, a prominent business group with six operating complexes in the region, is dismantling existing partitions at "Badlenland" and erecting new ones, as reported by Justmedia.ru.
The development of "Badlenland" is currently a top priority for the Baden Family, led by businessman Evgeny Kononov. This under-construction aqua-thermal resort is located on the premises of the "Komsomoll" shopping center.
The first phase of "Badlenland" is being prepared for opening, with the promise of a grand spectacle. The largest thermal pool in the Urals, spanning an impressive 1,250 sq.m, is set to be a key feature.
While the Baden Family has announced the closure of the aquapark "Shartash Beach", all equipment from "Shartash Beach", including frame pools, will be transported to the company's new project, "Badlenland".
Alexander Yurchenko, the businessman leading the corporate group, expressed gratitude to those who spent their summer days at "Shartash Beach". However, the closure is due to the inability to operate at full capacity under the existing restrictions, making it impossible to implement long-term plans.
Despite this setback, the Baden Family remains optimistic about the future of "Badlenland". The aqua-thermal resort is expected to open to guests in the fall of 2025, marking a new era of leisure and relaxation in the Urals.
The Baden Family looks forward to welcoming you to "Badlenland" in the near future. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project.
