It's important to note that the validity of PAYBACK points may vary, and individuals should check the terms and conditions for more information. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, but they are valid for 3 years and are deleted every year on September 30 if older than 3 years. Redemption options for PAYBACK points include Current Account Cashback, the PAYBACK Rewards Shop, shopping vouchers, donations to charitable causes, and direct shopping at partner branches with points.
Redeeming PAYBACK points can be done through the S-Vorteilswelt app or on the S-Vorteilswelt website. If parts of your Points are at risk of expiring, this will be displayed in your Points account in good time. PAYBACK will also notify you by email beforehand.
Connecting a Sparkassen-Card to PAYBACK can be done by registering for the S-Advantage World and logging in to PAYBACK. The credit of regular Points takes different lengths of time depending on the partner company, but usually occurs within three to four days.
