BC takes a new direction, appointing a new member to the board of directors, Jacobus' successor
In a recent development, BCA, a prominent insurance company, has seen some changes in its supervisory board.
Holger Kreuzkamp, a board member of My Life Life Insurance, has been appointed as the new deputy chairman of BCA's supervisory board. Kreuzkamp joins the board following the departure of Rainer M. Jacobus, the previous chairman, who stepped down from his position at his own request.
Gerrit Böhm, who has been a member of BCA's board since May 2017, overseeing departments such as accounting, controlling, IT, operations, internal audit, and legal, has been appointed as the chairman of the supervisory board. Böhm, who has been with Volkswohl Bund since 2007, brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
Several other changes have taken place in BCA's supervisory board. Frank Lamsfuß, board member of Barmenia Insurance Group, and Maximilian Beck, board member of Ideal, have joined the board. Unfortunately, Andreas Eurich, chairman of the Barmenia Insurance Group, Luca Pesarini, chairman of the administrative board of Haron Holding, and Stephan Schinnenburg, board member of Deutsche Familienversicherung, have all left the supervisory board. Dieter Knörrer, founder of BBG Consulting, who served as deputy chairman since 2017, has also departed.
Olaf Engemann, who was previously a supervisory board member at BCA, is no longer part of the board. However, users who have subscribed to BCA's newsletter but have not received the confirmation email are advised to check their spam folder. The confirmation email contains a button to be clicked for activation, and a new one can be requested if needed.
The current composition of BCA's supervisory board is as follows: Gerrit Böhm (chairman), Holger Kreuzkamp (deputy chairman), Maximilian Beck, Ralf Berndt, Olaf Engemann, Martin Gräfer, Frank Lamsfuß, Roland Roider, and Torsten Uhlig.
These changes in the supervisory board are expected to bring new perspectives and strengthen BCA's leadership as it continues to serve its customers.
