In today's racing events, several horses have caught the eye of trainers and racing enthusiasts alike. Here's a rundown of some of the notable horses competing today.

At Kempton, Assail, under the guidance of Luke Morris, will be racing in the 4.50 race. Paul Curtis' horse is rated only 1lb higher than when winning the same race at Kempton last year. Assail has performed well over the same course and distance in July, making it a strong contender in today's race.

Meanwhile, over at Wolverhampton, Simon and Ed Crisford's horse, Census, will be competing in the 6.12 race. Census made a promising debut at Haydock last month, finishing third, and has since worked well on the Cambridge Road Polytrack.

In another exciting race at Wolverhampton, Align The Stars, a course-and-distance winner, is set to compete. Craig Thake notes that the four-year-old horse has slipped down the weights after some average runs. However, it has three of its best speed figures over the 1m6f trip, suggesting it could be a dark horse in the race.

At Stratford, Charlie Huggins' horse, Jet Patrol, will be racing in the 6.55 race. Jet Patrol made a successful stable debut at Stratford over the same course and distance last month, with the runner-up subsequently winning a race off 1lb higher.

Lorna B, a filly trained by Seb Spencer, will be competing at Haydock. Despite pulling hard over 7f at Haydock last time, finishing second, a drop back to 6f looks a smart move for this improving filly.

Lastly, Flora Of Bermuda, a four-year-old filly, will be racing at an unspecified location. Despite missing the break in the July Cup, Flora Of Bermuda is usually a consistent filly and is worth another chance, according to George Bonds.

As always, the races promise to be thrilling, and these horses are ones to watch out for. Good luck to all the competitors!
