Sheila, who is currently missing nine toes due to Luna's actions, may have a significant role to play in the unfolding drama.
Bill, who is unaware of all these events that have transpired, has not admitted that he did anything wrong in bringing Luna to his home on house arrest or obtaining a full pardon for her. His visit to the hospital could potentially lead to an apology for the damage he has caused, or it could lead to further complications if he refuses to acknowledge his role in the situation.
