Blake Lively denies being served a subpoena in relation to Justin Baldoni's case, contradicting claims made by a journalist asserting her involvement.

In a stunning turn of events, actress Blake Lively has filed a lawsuit against producer Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment and retaliation. The lawsuit, which also names Wayfarer Studios and publicists as co-defendants, has sent shockwaves through Hollywood.

However, not everyone is in agreement with Lively's claims. Megyn Kelly, a media personality, has spoken out in support of Baldoni, claiming that her negative feelings towards Lively are "organic" and not the result of a smear campaign.

Kelly went as far as to call Lively a "narcissistic bully" on her show, a statement that Lively's team vehemently denies. In response, Lively's legal team is pursuing discovery to prove these allegations.

The legal dispute between Lively and Baldoni involves allegations of retaliation against Lively for speaking up against harassment on set. Baldoni has repeatedly denied Lively's allegations and has even filed a $400 million countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for defamation and extortion.

In a recent statement, Kelly slammed Lively's allegation that she was paid off as part of a smear campaign to tarnish Lively's reputation. Kelly also stated that her negative feelings towards Lively were not influenced by any man.

The ongoing legal battle has seen subpoenas issued to various parties. Blake Lively has subpoenaed Red Seat Ventures, the company that employed Megyn Kelly and her show staff, as well as other media personalities and content creators, including Candace Owens and Perez Hilton.

Perez Hilton had no choice but to represent himself in the matter due to financial constraints. A hearing for Perez Hilton's subpoena's dismissal is set for Sept. 2. Interestingly, there is no publicly available information about a person who has actually subpoenaed Red Seat Ventures in Blake Lively's ongoing legal connection.

Megyn Kelly has denied being controlled by their shared lawyer, Bryan Freedman, in her news coverage of the case. Kelly also shared on her SiriusXM show that Lively had allegedly subpoenaed her, but claimed her attorneys had won a motion to dismiss it. However, it should be noted that Lively has not issued a subpoena to Megyn Kelly as part of her ongoing legal feud with Justin Baldoni.

The case is set to go to trial in March 2026, with Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni facing off in court. The outcome of this high-profile legal battle will undoubtedly have significant implications for both parties involved and could set a precedent in the handling of sexual harassment allegations in the entertainment industry.
