Bottle Attack and Physical Assault at BPOL NRW
A brawl occurred in front of a fast-food restaurant at Dortmund Central Station on June 26th at 1:40 AM, and the Federal Police are now investigating the incident.
According to a witness, a 33-year-old homeless man struck a 23-year-old with a glass bottle on the head. The victim, who stated that he was first choked by his opponent, retaliated by striking back with the bottle he was holding. The victim sustained a severe head wound but did not require hospitalization.
Upon arrival, the Federal Police found one man restrained on the ground, who is suspected to have been involved in the altercation. The suspect, known to the police from previous incidents, remained silent and did not comment further.
