Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort Partners with Peak Strategic Partnerships

The Catawba Nation Gaming Authority has announced a partnership with Peak Strategic Partnerships, a subsidiary of Peak Integration, to identify and broker sponsorship and partnership opportunities for the upcoming Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort.

Trent Troxel, Vice President of the Catawba Nation Gaming Authority, expressed his confidence in Peak Strategic Partnerships, praising their impressive track record in the tribal gaming industry. Sean Boyd, Chief Operating Officer of Peak Strategic Partnerships, shared his enthusiasm about partnering with the Catawba Nation Gaming Authority.

The partnership aims to increase the casino’s national visibility and broker deals with both regional and national brands. Peak Strategic Partnerships excels at identifying and maximizing sponsorship opportunities, and this collaboration will focus on creating meaningful branding opportunities that resonate with different audiences.

The Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort is set to debut its introductory casino in spring 2026, replacing a temporary casino. The initial opening will showcase 1,350 electronic games, 20 table games, a 40-seat restaurant, bars, sports betting kiosks, and a Lucky North Rewards desk.

Phase II of the resort, scheduled to open in 2027, will include a main casino complex with 4,300 electronic games, 100 table games, a players' lounge, 11 dining experiences, 11 bars, and an aim to provide the freshest casino resort experience in the market. The permanent Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort will feature 4,300 slots, 100 live table games, 11 dining outlets, 11 bars, and a 385-room hotel.

One of the unique offerings of the resort is a multi-year partnership with the Carolina Panthers. This partnership includes special promotions, a VIP luxury suite with 20 seats at Panther home games, in-stadium advertising, and scoreboard displays. Casino players with Lucky North Rewards membership will have exclusive chances to attend these games, integrating fan experiences with casino patronage.

The partnership with Peak Strategic Partnerships will leverage VIP experiences, co-branded promotions, digital marketing, and live event presence. This will enable partner brands to tap into the casino’s clientele and Panthers fans, fostering deeper emotional and experiential connections.

The resort is strategically located off I-85 in Kings Mountain, opening in phases starting early 2026, with full hotel and resort facilities by 2027. This large-scale venue (2 million sq. ft) offers a dynamic platform for brand activations and immersive experiences.

The Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort is expected to create 2,000 permanent jobs and hundreds of construction jobs in the region. The new resort is expected to cost $1 billion and will feature a 24-story, 385-room hotel connected to the casino complex.
