Celebratory events for Hispanic Heritage Month to be held at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, Florida.
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is embracing the richness and diversity of Hispanic and Latin American cultures for Hispanic Heritage Month, running from September 17 to October 15. The casino resort is hosting a series of events and special menus to honour the diverse cultures and contributions of these communities nationwide.
Anaclaudia, Seminole Gaming & Seminole Hard Rock Director of Latin Marketing, stated that Hispanic Heritage Month is a reminder of the strength rooted in Latin culture, its people, and their rich heritage. The celebrations aim to reflect this strength and empower the Latin community.
During Hispanic Heritage Month, resort guests can enjoy limited-time, Latin-inspired menus at select restaurants. The Pool Bar & Grill features beef barbacoa arepas and churro funnel cake, while The Rez Grill introduces Latin Thursdays with a prix-fixe menu and cocktails.
Rise Kitchen & Deli offers huevos rancheros, arepas con queso, weekly entrée specials, and guava cream cheese cheesecake. Hard Rock Cafe serves pollo or steak rice bowls with sangria and guava margarita specials. At Constant Grind, desserts such as mango tajín naked cake, coconut flan, and churro truffles are on the menu. Jubao Palace Noodle Bar has carne guisada, and at Rock N' Raw, guests can enjoy a Latin-inspired rin-tin-tin roll.
The celebrations extend to Fresh Harvest Buffet, which highlights rotating dishes from Latin countries including croquetas, mofongo, pozole, empanadas, and tres leches. Salsa lessons will be offered by Tonos Latin Dance once a week, Thursdays at 7 p.m. at the L Bar.
Latin Nights take place Thursdays from 8 p.m. to midnight at L Bar, featuring live Latin entertainment, beats, and handcrafted cocktails inspired by the traditions of Latin America. The festivities continue at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, offering black cod bacalao a la vizcaína and mole braised beef short rib.
Seminole Hard Rock Tampa has donated $10,000 each to 10 local Hispanic organizations. The organizations receiving donations include the Coalition of Hispanic Artists, Course of Action Foundation, Enterprising Latinas, Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund, Hispanic Heritage Network of Orange County, Hispanic Outreach Center, Hispanic Star, Krewe of Sant' Yago Education Foundation, Roberto Clemente Foundation, and USF - Latino Scholarship Program. These donations reflect Seminole Hard Rock's ongoing commitment to honoring Hispanic heritage and empowering the Latin community.
The celebrations culminate with a memorabilia exhibit featuring items from Latin music legends including Celia Cruz, Christina Aguilera, Gloria Estefan, Maluma, Pedro Fernández, Robi Draco Rosa, and Shakira.
