"Center 'Rose' Staff Extends Invitation for September's Job Recruitment Event"
Nizhny Novgorod, Russia - The Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center "Work in Russia" is set to host a series of job fairs in September, aiming to provide all necessary conditions for quick employment. Over 100 job fairs will be organized across various employment service branches in the city.
The main goal of these job fairs is to help individuals find employment and upgrade their skills. Leading regional employers are being actively invited to ensure each participant finds a suitable job. Job vacancies for unemployed individuals, job seekers, SVO participants, their family members, people with disabilities, and those looking to change professions or upgrade their skills will be presented.
Lyudmila Egorova, the director of the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center, emphasized the importance of these events. She stated, "The main goal of the job fairs is to provide all necessary conditions for quick employment."
The job fairs are part of the "Personnel" national project, which aims to prepare high-quality and timely personnel for employers' needs. Initiated by President Vladimir Putin in 2025, the project consists of four federal projects: "Labor Market Management", "Active Labor Market Policies", "Education for the Labor Market", and "The Worker".
Specialists from the employment center will assist with finding relevant vacancies, creating resumes, preparing for interviews, and teaching how to use the "Work in Russia" platform. Participants will also have the opportunity to communicate directly with employers and clarify job details.
