In the heart of Greifswald, a one-of-a-kind foosball table is making waves. Handcrafted and created during a visit from German football legend Toni Kroos, this tournament-sized table is a testament to local craftsmanship and sports history.

The table, adorned in the colours of Greifswald FC—red and white—stands as a symbol of the city's pride. It was designed by Uwe Gildhorn and Jens Reich, featuring the Hanseatic colours blue and red, and illustrations of typical Greifswald landmarks.

Crafted with high-quality materials, including beech and birch plywood, and local beech wood for the legs, this unique piece is a true work of art. The table measures 147 cm in length, 76 cm in width (130 cm including the longest foosball bar), and stands 93 cm tall, weighing approximately 70 kg.

Toni Kroos himself has played on this table, during the presentation of the Order of Merit of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The short sides of the table display the text "Toni Kroos - Greifswald native" with the silhouette of a footballer wearing the number 8. The long sides feature illustrations of Greifswald's iconic landmarks, such as St. Nikolai Cathedral, the Town Hall, the sailing school ship GREIF, and Eldena Abbey.

This foosball table was manufactured by Philipp Weitkamp Fairmittlung in a workshop with people with disabilities, and the individually designed table with Toni Kroos in Greifswald design was manufactured by the company Tischkicker-Factory.

For those interested in owning this unique piece, the auction is now live on [www.zoll-auktion.de]. The proceeds from the auction will support children's and youth sports in Greifswald, funding training camps and sportswear for children from low-income families.

Sports clubs in Greifswald can also apply for these funds from mid-October through the Greifswald Sports Association. This initiative not only celebrates the city's sports history but also invests in the future of its young athletes.

So, whether you're a football fan, a collector, or simply someone who appreciates craftsmanship and local history, this Toni Kroos foosball table is a must-have. Bid now, and help support the next generation of Greifswald athletes!
