Child emerges unexpectedly from the back of a school bus
In Bielefeld, a concerning incident occurred around 1:30 PM near Ziegelstraße, involving a child who got off a bus at a nearby bus stop. The child attempted to cross the street behind the bus and unfortunately collided with the side mirror of a Ford Fiesta.
Thankfully, the child sustained only minor injuries and was immediately attended to by emergency services at the scene.
The driver of the Ford Fiesta, a 66-year-old resident of Bielefeld, was driving on Bleichstraße towards Ziegelstraße at the time of the incident.
Another driver honked to warn the child about oncoming traffic, but it was too late to prevent the collision.
