Citi Wealth Introduces AI-Powered Innovators Program
Citi Wealth, a leading player in the financial industry, is currently in the pilot phase of integrating AI-powered tools into its operations in the Citigold and Citi Private Client North America business. These innovative solutions, named Advisor Insights and AskWealth, are set to revolutionise the way Citi Wealth functions.
The new tools, launched by Citi Wealth's Data, Analytics & Innovation team, aim to streamline operations and provide sharper insights to advisors. Andy Sieg, Head of Wealth at Citi, believes that AI will lead Citi Wealth into the future and continue to impact the industry. In fact, he has labelled the new AI-powered tools as gamechangers.
Advisor Insights is designed to enhance connections between Citi Wealth and its clients. It offers faster and deeper connections around useful content and alerts, with insights from Citi Wealth's award-winning Chief Investment Office. The tool provides Citi Wealth bankers and advisors with a tailored dashboard featuring market turns, portfolios, and current event messages.
On the other hand, AskWealth is a GenAI-powered conversational assistant for Citi Wealth's service teams, advisors, and managers. It helps service teams resolve client inquiries with ease and speed, and advisors access timely market insights and research. AskWealth is now available to Citi Wealth colleagues around the globe following a successful launch in Asia.
The usage of Advisor Insights will be expanded to North America Citi Private Bankers and international colleagues in Q4 2025 and Q1 2026. The development of these AI-powered tools has been credited to Citi Wealth's Data, Analytics & Innovation, Wealth Technology, and Platform & Experience teams.
Andy Sieg expressed excitement about the impact AI will have on Citi Wealth's clients and colleagues. He believes that these tools open new possibilities for serving Citi Wealth's clients with speed and precision.
