City administration embraces fresh youth contingent
New Trainees Join Langenfeld City Administration and Kindergartens
In August, the city administration of Langenfeld welcomed a new group of trainees, marking the start of their journey towards a career in public service administration or early childhood education.
Among the new trainees is Dilara Pulcu (20), who will be rotating through various departments to support daily business. She is pursuing her studies for a career as a public service administrator at the University of Police and Public Administration in Cologne.
Joining Dilara are Linda Naß, Cinja Mosdzien, Natalia Prinz-Rexroth, and Tom Joshua Seifert, who will be gaining practical experience in one of the 12 municipal kindergarten facilities. Each trainee will be guided and supported by an experienced pedagogical specialist in daily kindergarten life.
Six childcare workers are also being trained this year, including Fiona Krüll, Denise Reimann, Hajar Bousalah, Lea Kurzweg, Nina Erhart, and Katja Brubacher.
Four trainees are completing integrated vocational training to become educators in the kindergarten sector. Sophie Seefried (18) and Lynn Bialecki (23) are new trainees starting in September at the city administration.
The specific persons to be trained in 2026 at the City Administration of Langenfeld will be announced in October 2025. However, currently, apprentices include those in the practical-integrated education as educators in city day care centers, such as Linda Naß, Cinja Mosdzien, Natalia Prinz-Rexroth, and Tom Joshua Seifert.
The theoretical part of the training will take place at a vocational college or a vocational school for two days a week.
Thomas Grieger, Christiane Schärfke, and Laura Erner welcomed the new trainees at a reception held at the town hall.
Interested individuals can find career information on the municipal homepage at [www.unsere-website/karriere]. The training positions for the 2026 training year will be published on the municipal homepage in October 2025.
This new cohort of trainees marks an exciting step forward for the City Administration of Langenfeld and the kindergartens, as they embark on their journey towards becoming valuable members of the team.
