Coldplay's top hits experience a resurgence in popularity as the band's groundbreaking tour approaches its final stages.

Coldplay's iconic songs are making a strong comeback on the UK charts, with several of their best-known tracks re-entering the rankings.

The latest week of 2025 sees "Viva La Vida," "Fix You," and "The Scientist" by Coldplay within the UK Top 40 singles chart. This resurgence can be attributed to the band's ongoing Wembley Stadium concerts in London, which will conclude on September 12.

"Viva La Vida" has experienced a significant improvement on consumption-based rankings, rising from No. 80 to No. 20 on the Official Singles chart and from No. 66 to No. 49 on the Official Streaming tally. The track has also re-entered the Official Singles Sales chart at No. 62 and the Official Singles Downloads list at No. 58.

"Fix You" has also returned to the charts, reappearing at No. 76 on the Official Singles Sales list and at No. 71 on the Official Singles Downloads chart.

Not to be outdone, "Yellow" surges 60 spaces on the Official Singles chart, the list of the most consumed songs in the U.K. "A Sky Full of Stars" returns to the Official Streaming chart at No. 83, while "Sparks" and "The Scientist" gain ground on different rankings.

The resurgence of these tracks follows the success of Coldplay's Music of the Spheres World Tour, which is about to conclude after more than three years. The tour has been the second-highest-grossing concert venture ever, with earnings exceeding $1 billion dollars.

One of the standout tracks from the tour, "Clocks," squeezes back onto the Official Singles Downloads tally at No. 98.

As Coldplay prepares to wrap up their historic tour, their timeless hits continue to resonate with audiences, proving that their music remains as popular as ever.
