Powersoft Amplifiers Power EVELYN's Immersive Audio Experience
EVELYN, a dining and nightlife concept in Dallas, has unveiled its state-of-the-art audio system, designed for a seamless blend of live music, late-night dancing, and high-quality sound. The audiovisual design and installation were led by Dallas-based integration firm Bespoke Technology Group, in partnership with Powersoft and 1 Sound.
The audio system at EVELYN is spread across three primary rooms: an intimate piano lounge, a lively cocktail bar, and a high-energy DJ space. To power this ambitious audio design, Bespoke Technology Group turned to Powersoft's robust amplifiers.
The Quattrocanali and Duecanali Series from Powersoft were chosen for their flexibility in handling a mix of Lo-Z and 70V/100V speaker loads. Ten Powersoft amplifiers were installed at EVELYN, including Quattrocanali 8804s, 4804s, 24004s, and Duecanali 6404s.
The main challenge in the audio design was to hide visible speakers, a task addressed through a partnership with 1 Sound. Every surface in EVELYN was engineered to absorb sound, including upholstery and suede wall coverings.
The sound system in EVELYN is designed to be discreet, powerful, and built to perform. Room Seven, designed for mingling, movement, and bass-forward tracks, anchored by a massive disco ball, is a testament to this design philosophy. The Piano Room offers live piano and vocal performances in a warm, acoustically treated space, while the Ruby Bar plays upbeat Top 40 music in a polished lounge atmosphere.

The owners of EVELYN were deeply invested in creating an immersive experience and gave Bespoke Technology Group the authority to make decisions for optimal sound.
