Collision between Vehicle and Tourist Bus: Five Individuals Sustained Injuries in Accident (Pol-BO)
In the heart of Bochum, a shocking incident unfolded on the afternoon of August 30th. A collision involving a tour bus and a car occurred on Westenfelder Straße towards Bahnhofstraße, resulting in five individuals being injured.
The exact cause of the collision remains unknown, with the Traffic Commission currently investigating the incident in detail. The car was being driven by a 27-year-old Bochum resident, while the tour bus was in the hands of a 69-year-old local resident.
Tragically, among the injured were four children aged one to seven, who were passengers in the car. One of the children, a 5-year-old, sustained severe injuries. The Bochum woman driving the car and the four children were taken to nearby hospitals after initial treatment by emergency services.
