Homing Village, set to span across 65,000 sqm, will feature 140 luxury villas, divided into four phases. The first phase, scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026, will consist of 33 villas, representing 23.5% of the total development. This phase is an investment of EUR 14 million out of the EUR 60 million allocated for the project.
Despite current economic and political uncertainties, Homing Village continues according to the initial timeline. The co-founder of Homing Properties, Tomás Manjón, expressed confidence that Homing Village will set new benchmarks for quality and comfort in the northern Bucharest residential market.

Mantor General Contractor, known for its work on historical monument villas such as Mița Biciclista near Bucharest's Romană Square and Calea Victoriei, has also been responsible for Homing Properties' Trastevere and Triana projects in Pipera.
