Compensation for Testimony Following Incident of Arson
A fire broke out at a building under construction on Vilsendorfer Straße near the Bierwelle, Bielefeld, at around 23:40 last night. The local fire department was quick to respond, extinguishing the blaze that had engulfed the roof of the building.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the fire. However, the incident caused damage estimated to be around 200,000 euros. The fire spread to an adjacent building and two parked vehicles, a VW Transporter and a Mercedes.
Investigations by arson experts suggest that the fire was deliberately set. The police department responsible for the investigation is either the local fire department's investigative unit or the local police in the area of Vilsendorfer Straße.

In a bid to clarify the cause of the fire and identify the perpetrator(s), the insurance company is offering a reward of 5,000 euros for information leading to the resolution of these matters.
