Connection with Artists
On Saturday, September 6, the German-Chinese Society for Economy, Education, and Culture is hosting an exciting cultural event at the TSV Dietfurt sports hall. The exhibition, titled "Artist Exchange: Matthias Schlueter, Helmut Wolf, Günther Klobouk, and Sohnke Lucht," is a continuation of the artist exchange program between Germany and Chengdu, China.
The event will take place in the open space area of the TSV Dietfurt sports hall, in addition to the main exhibition hall. This exhibition is open to all interested parties and is free of charge. Refreshments will be provided during the event.
The artists, Matthias Schlueter, Helmut Wolf, Günther Klobouk, and Sohnke Lucht, participated in an art exchange in Chengdu in the spring and are now showcasing their works in Dietfurt. The exhibition will feature selected works created by the participating artists during their time in Chengdu.
The artists will share stories from their journey during the exhibition, providing a unique insight into their creative process and inspiration. A Q&A session with the artists will also be held, moderated by a representative from the German-Chinese Society for Economy, Education, and Culture. This session offers attendees an opportunity to learn more about the artists' experiences and the intricacies of the exchange program.
The exhibition runs from September 6 to October 31, 2022. The event starts at 6 PM on September 6. The German-Chinese Society for Economy, Education, and Culture encourages all art enthusiasts to attend the exhibition and engage with the artists. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the fusion of German and Chinese art, and to support the ongoing cultural exchange between the two nations.
