In the heart of Romania's northwest region, CTPark Oradea City continues to be a strategic industrial hub, with the latest developments involving the expansion of iwis mobility systems.

The logistics real estate developer, CTP, is constructing a 4,000 sqm extension to the IWIS factory in Oradea, Western Romania. This expansion will not only be at CTPark Oradea City but also at CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal and CTPark Oradea North.

The new additions will significantly increase the existing 7,000 sqm production facility's size, located within CTPark Oradea City. This move is expected to enable IWIS to increase its production capacity to meet growing demand both locally and internationally.

The success of iwis in Romania is not solely attributed to the strategic locations of its facilities but also the quality of its workforce. Frank Wiemer, CEO of iwis mobility systems, attributes the company's success in Romania to the high level of commitment and good education of its employees.

CTP, a significant player in the industrial and logistics space in Romania, operates facilities in major cities across the country, including Bucharest, Timișoara, Brașov, Sibiu, and Cluj-Napoca. CTPark Oradea City, Oradea Cargo Terminal, and Oradea North are just a few examples of their presence in the Oradea area.

Andrei Marian, Business Development Director at CTP Romania, expressed pride in supporting IWIS' expansion at CTPark Oradea City. He noted that this expansion is a strong reconfirmation of Romania's competitiveness as an industrial hub.

CTPark Oradea City is strategically positioned next to the city's international airport and has access to major highways, public transportation, and Oradea International Airport. This strategic location, combined with CTP's capability to deliver tailored, future-proof solutions aligned with global business priorities, makes CTPark Oradea City an attractive choice for companies like iwis.

The shareholder of the CTP parks in the Oradea region, which are under construction and responsible for the expansion of the IWIS plant in Oradea, is CTP Invest. The expansion of iwis at CTPark Oradea City is a testament to CTP's commitment to supporting the growth of businesses in Romania.

The extension will enable IWIS to not only meet the increasing demand for its products but also contribute to the continued development of Romania's industrial sector. As CTP and iwis continue to grow, so too does the potential for Romania to establish itself as a leading industrial hub in Europe.
