The exciting journey towards the expansion of the daycare centre and soccer field in Cappel is about to begin! Earthworks with excavators and trucks will soon commence for the interim building, marking the first step in this significant project.

The interim building, measuring 26 by 15 meters, is expected to be completed by the end of the year, subject to the construction process running smoothly. Gravel pads are being created as a base for corner stones, setting the foundation for the temporary structure.

As we move forward, modules are planned to be set up on the Cappel site by the end of the fourth quarter. Following this, the interior fit-out and outdoor facility creation will follow suit. If soil conditions allow, screw foundations may be reused when the modules are rebuilt.

The property is large enough to accommodate both the daycare centre and the soccer field. Once the interim building is dismantled, both facilities will have sufficient space to operate efficiently. However, it's important to note that the work on the interim and subsequent new construction may restrict the use of the soccer field during this period.

For updates on the planned new construction, visit [www.ourwebsite/kita-reinhardswaldstrasse]. The architect or construction company designing and building the temporary building on the sports field in Cappel is not publicly specified at this time.

Outdoor facilities for the new buildings include access, escape routes, recreational and play areas, parking for vehicles and bicycles. Screw foundations are expected to be installed by mid-September and removed after the modules are dismantled.

We look forward to seeing the progress of this project and the positive impact it will have on the Cappel community. Stay tuned for more updates!
