Court Rules Commission's Obligations under Article 85 (1) of the Treaty were Unmet.

On August 28, 2025, a significant traffic accident occurred on federal highway 76 near Dodauer Forest. The incident took place around 5:30 PM, causing the highway to be closed in both directions.

The Police Directorate Lübeck is currently investigating the accident, and further information will be released later today. The accident involved a tractor and a Ford passenger car. According to the preliminary investigation, the Ford veered left into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with the tractor. The extent of the damages and any injuries resulting from the accident are not yet clear.

Due to the closure of federal highway 76, a detour has been established via Quisdorf, Brackrade, and Pfingstberg. Motorists are advised to plan their routes accordingly.
