Rrustem R. allegedly shot Aleks M. due to gambling debts. However, the defendant, Rrustem R., claimed that Aleks M. pointed a pistol at him before the shooting.
Aleks M. is also accused of offering illegal gambling in his bar. The trial against Rrustem R. began at the Düsseldorf Regional Court on October 22, 2024, with charges of manslaughter and violation of the weapons law.
