Criminals breaking into an old educational institution
A break-in occurred at a construction site on Feldstraße, a former school, on Monday morning at 07:30. Unknown individuals entered the site when workers were absent, having left on Friday afternoon at 16:30.
The thieves made off with a handheld milling machine, a jackhammer, a bolt cutter, a cutoff saw, and several meters of cable. However, the search results do not provide information on who broke open the construction site gate or which company owns the stolen equipment.
The Bielefeld Police Headquarters are actively investigating the incident. Witnesses who observed anything in the area of the crime scene are asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Department 13 at 0521-545-0.
