Global Crypto Market Experiences Slight Dip

The global cryptocurrency market experienced a minor setback on August 30, with the market cap dropping to $3.76 trillion, a decrease of 0.99%. This dip follows a period of volatility in the market.

Despite the overall market decline, several cryptocurrencies managed to perform well. MemeCore (M) continued its strong performance, gaining 4.1%, and it appears to have been the top performer of the day, soaring nearly 50% to reach $0.70 (as of unspecified data).

Conflux (CFX) also had a good day, gaining 8.84% to hit $0.19. Pi Network (PI) saw a gain of 4.1% to $0.37, and SKALE (SKL) had a strong day, jumping 31.78% to trade at $0.0347. OKB (OKB) also increased by 6.19% to $175.80.

However, not all cryptocurrencies fared well. Bitcoin (BTC) led the retreat, trading at $108,455 after losing 1.15% in 24 hours. Ethereum (ETH) held a 14% share in the market but also experienced a decline, trading at an unspecified price after losing an unspecified percentage in 24 hours.

Pyth Network (PYTH) saw a significant drop, crashing 14.61% to $0.1954. Raydium (RAY) fell by 7.23% to $3.40, and Story (IP) climbed 7.46% to $6.49.

Bonk (BONK) jumped 7.29% to $0.0000219, with $624 million in turnover. Open interest in perpetuals increased to $978.74 billion.

The Altcoin Season Index stands at 58, suggesting a Bitcoin-dominated market. The Fear and Greed Index stands at 39, indicating investor fear. Volatility remains high for Bitcoin (41.06) and Ethereum (73.92).

Daily crypto volumes weakened, sliding 9.66% to $166.42 billion. A notable surge was observed in Trusta (unspecified), which experienced a significant increase of 95.1% to $0.133.
