Decentralized Cloud Computing gets a boost with Aleph.im's introduction of Twentysix Cloud - an upgraded marketplace for the technology.

Decentralized cloud computing marketplace, Twentysix Cloud, is launched by Aleph.im for improved services.

Twentysix Cloud, a cross-chain cloud solution powered by the aleph.im decentralized network, has announced a significant leap in the world of global streaming payments. Integrated with EVM blockchains like Avalanche, Twentysix Cloud is set to offer a seamless and secure platform for various industries.

Leveraging the robust features of aleph.im, Twentysix Cloud promises operational resilience, particularly in AI, DeFi, and gaming industries. The platform ensures the security and ownership of personal data and uploaded documents, being GDPR compliant.

Jonathan Schemoul, co-founder and CEO of aleph.im, highlighted that Twentysix Cloud's product will incorporate DeFi components to facilitate stablecoin transactions and include fiat gateways to enhance ease of use. Payments can be made in ALEPH, the native token of the network, or in stablecoins.

Twentysix Cloud operates on a decentralized design, eliminating centralized points of failure and seamlessly connecting on-chain and off-chain data. The platform offers a versatile environment for a wide range of applications, from blockchain-based storage and compute engine to indexing and AI solutions.

At the heart of the aleph.im network are Core Channel Nodes (CCN), which play a pivotal role in network control and governance. Compute Resource Nodes (CRN) are designed to provide distributed secure computing power and storage. This decentralized physical infrastructure network ensures better privacy, security, and control over data and applications.

Twentysix Cloud's mission is to contribute to the open-cloud industry and drive innovation across the space, providing new ways to build, deploy, and scale more effective models for AI. The platform offers developers access to databases, computing power, and file storage.

Clément Fermaud, co-founder and COO of Aleph.im and an executive operational role at Twentysix Cloud, emphasized that the platform offers a wide range of products for companies wishing to use an alternative to traditional cloud services. Aleph.im enables developers and businesses to build applications with robust features.

Twentysix Cloud operates on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model, charging users by the millisecond. Since 2020, Twentysix Cloud's marketplace Instances and Micro-Virtual Machines have provided scalable, high-performance resources across various blockchains.

Notably, Twentysix Cloud's product includes conversational AI products. The platform is integrated with EVM blockchains like Avalanche for global streaming payments, making it a promising solution for businesses seeking a secure, decentralized, and innovative approach to cloud services.
