In the early hours of Thursday morning, a collision involving two trucks took place on Bestenheid Heights road at the Ponderosa, Wertheim, Main-Tauber District.
According to the Heilbronn Police, the unknown driver of one of the trucks was traveling too far to the left, resulting in the mirrors of both vehicles shattering upon impact. The driver of the oncoming truck stopped and notified the police immediately after the collision. However, the driver of the other truck failed to stop following the incident and did not attempt to notify the authorities.
The identity of the unidentified truck driver is currently not publicly disclosed. The Heilbronn Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the accident to come forward and share their information.
