Devolo Announces New Wi-Fi 7 Routers and Packages for Early 2026

Devolo, a leading manufacturer of home networking solutions, has announced the release of its new line of Wi-Fi 7 routers, set to hit the market early next year. The new routers, the Devolo BE6500 Tri-Band and the Devolo BE9300 Tri-Band, will be available individually, as well as in bundles of two or three devices.

The Devolo BE6500 router boasts raw speeds of 6500 Mbit/s over Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be), while the BE9300 Tri-Band router takes it a step further with speeds of 9300 Mbit/s. Both routers operate on the 6, 5, and 2.4 GHz bands, ensuring a solid connection across multiple devices.

The new routers are designed to seamlessly integrate into existing networks and mesh systems, preferably those with Devolo devices. They support Multi-User-MIMO technology, allowing them to send and receive data from multiple clients simultaneously, and Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access (OFDMA), enabling WLAN clients to skip overloaded or interfered areas of a channel.

In addition to the individual routers, Devolo will also be offering bundles containing two or three devices. These packages are ideal for larger homes or businesses that require extensive Wi-Fi coverage. One such bundle includes a mesh expansion kit, which will help to extend the range of your network even further.

Up to four devices can be connected via LAN cable with the Devolo routers, with three at 1 Gbit/s and one at 2.5 Gbit/s. The routers are also secured with WPA2 and WPA3 security standards, ensuring your network is protected from unauthorised access.

Pricing information for these packages has yet to be disclosed, but will be announced at a later date. The release of these packages is scheduled for early 2026, so keep an eye out for more information in the coming months.

Devolo's new routers were presented today, marking a significant step forward in home networking technology. With their impressive speeds, advanced features, and flexible packaging options, these routers are sure to be a hit with consumers and businesses alike.
