Didacta appoints Völker as its new managing director

Didacta, a renowned organisation dedicated to education and learning, is undergoing a change in its management structure. As of July 1, Norbert Völker, a professional pedagogue with a focus on innovative teaching and learning processes, will assume the role of Managing Director for the Didacta Association. Simultaneously, Dinah Korb will continue to lead the Didacta Exhibition and Publishing Company GmbH.

Völker, aged 54, brings a wealth of experience to the table. He has designed teaching and learning processes in various institutions, both in Germany and abroad. His professional background includes projects aimed at improving teaching and learning methods in specific university degree programs, most notably at VDMA.

In contrast, Dinah Korb's role remains separate from Völker's in the management structure of the Didacta Association. As the managing director of the Didacta Ausstellungs- und Verlagsgesellschaft mbH, Korb will continue to oversee the Didacta Exhibition and Publishing Company GmbH.

This change marks a significant shift for the Didacta Association. With Völker at the helm, the organisation is likely to see changes in its teaching and learning methodologies. Völker's expertise in designing and implementing innovative educational strategies is expected to bring about a fresh perspective and potentially transformative changes.

The decision to split the management of the Didacta Association and the Didacta Exhibition and Publishing Company GmbH into two Managing Directors is intended to streamline operations and allow for a more focused approach in each area. This move is expected to benefit both organisations, ensuring they can continue to make valuable contributions to the field of education.
